This License applies to all products created by Club Capra and defines two distinct categories of intellectual property:
All software and source code produced by Club Capra (“Software”) is open source and licensed under the MIT License.
All mechanical designs, CAD models, schematics, drawings, 3D assets, and related documentation (“Designs”) are proprietary and owned exclusively by Club Capra.
You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software. The above copyright notice and this permission notice must appear in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
No rights to reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit the Designs are granted, except as explicitly authorized in writing by an officer of Club Capra.
Any modifications or contributions must be clearly documented in source code comments or CHANGELOG. This License (including the full MIT terms below) must be included with all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
Any permitted use (e.g., internal prototyping) requires prior written consent from Club Capra. All recipients of authorized Designs must keep them confidential and refrain from any unauthorized sharing or publication.
Neither this License nor the MIT License grants any patent rights. Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Refer to the MIT License. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the Designs may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees.
