About the pull request
Adds the Bomb Vest, at the request of Karmac. Works as an accessory where you place the vest over the under layer and detonate it via a button at the top left. Whilst it doesn't have too much power, it's scary as hell and instantly gibs the user.
Explain why it's good for the game
Request of a GM, allows more scenic moments with Insurgents and the like.
