Re: cocos-creator/2d-tasks#1044

Changes:

  • 调整构建 render-engine 代码，移除 render-engine.canvas.js，统一用 render-engine 中的 canvas
  • 动态判断微信开放数据域是否支持 webgl 或 canvas 渲染模式
