Thanks for making this tool!

I was confused about how to use the --extra-index-url with the directory created by piprepo, so an example that includes the simple/ path and the file:// prefix may be useful for others.

I also wanted to build a wheel file from my own package, so an example of how to do that may be useful to other folks, though that's less specific to piprepo.
