I was confused about how to use the
--extra-index-urlwith the directory created bypiprepo, so an example that includes thesimple/path and thefile://prefix may be useful for others.I also wanted to build a wheel file from my own package, so an example of how to do that may be useful to other folks, though that's less specific to
piprepo.
