No libxen-dev for ubuntu 16.04 on linux-ppc64le, readme says it's optional

@1ethanhansen You merged master back into this branch, this is not a rebase as it duplicates the changes from master into this branch which is difficult to track. Please rebase just your changes to master and force push. |

ChangeLog: Travis CI: Added tests to check against Power architecture
Two tests have been added to .travis.yml to allow for testing on Power architecture with both gcc and clang.
libxen-devwas removed from the list of packages to allow for this because it is not available for xenial on Power and Travis will only run xenial on Power, not trusty.
