This follows my recent trend of pull-requests which publish compute more locally, putting less strain on aggregation layers.

Similar to in #501, I have a patch in
https://github.com/katzj/collectd/tree/percent-swap to handle getting percent utilization for all of the swap metrics

I think I prefer @katzj 's patch: It allows to configure this new behavior and is compatible to the changes made to the df plugin in #334.
