Installing plugins

As of ComicTagger version 1.6.0-beta.1 plugins created "for distribution" can be placed inside of the default plugin location. This can either be in the form of a zip file (.zip) or a wheel file (.whl).
These are the "typical" paths where the configuration files and thus the plugins directory is expected.
%AppData%\ComicTagger\plugins
~/Library/Application Support/ComicTagger/plugins
~/.config/ComicTagger/plugins
Plugins are loaded in the order they are found, NOT by version so make sure older version are deleted when replacing them with newer versions.
