Description:
The spells (Blizzard , Blood Presence ,Relentless Strikes) additional effects not work

Current behaviour: Tell us what happens

Expected behaviour: Tell us what should happen instead

Steps to reproduce the problem:

the big blizzard have no deceleration effect
the blood Presence can't restore HP
the Relentless Strikes can't restore energy
