cmd-kate-syntax

KatePart syntax highlighting XML for Conway-Markdown.

This is simply a minor edit of markdown.xml renaming "Markdown" to "Conway-Markdown" and registering the extensions .cmd and .cmdr.

To be placed in $HOME/.local/share/org.kde.syntax-highlighting/syntax/.
