Update LMDB to version 0.9.24 Move all build processes to build image Install as few dev packages as possible to final image. All these changes makes final image for about 120MB smaller than before.

Note that the target image (target branch) is probably going to be obsolete in the foreseeable future. See issue #32 for details. |

Move all build processes to build image
Install as few dev packages as possible to final image.
All these changes makes final image for about 120MB smaller than before.
Use curl in final image (instead of wget). Curl is smaller.
