This is the Agenda for the Monthly CRS Chats.

The general chat is going to happen on https://owasp.slack.com in the channel #coreruleset on Monday, November 2nd, at 20:30 CET. That's the 1st Monday of the month. A separate issue chat is happening at the same location, same time on Monday, November 16th. That's the 3rd Monday of the month.

  • CRS has been featured in the OWASP project spotlight series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88ZMKpiZbRI
  • The incubator project has been created at https://github.com/coreruleset/coreruleset-incubator. A blog post and installation issues are pending. What rules do we want to introduce for the start? no feedback on that question
  • Discuss earlier time for meeting - We discussed this again and while the timing is bad for some developers, any other timing would be bad for far more developers. 2 would profit from 1-2h earlier, but like 3-4 of them would have to cancel family dinner. Shifting it even earlier would mean the middle of the work day for more developers and later would be too late for 3-4 as well.
    An alternative is to de-emphasize the meeting. This means do more 1:1 conversations before the meeting with individuals who can not attend - or shift PRs / issues in the meeting into better time slots.

We generally cover 10 issues per month in a separate issue meeting. Add them as you see fit.
