Duties of team

  • Keeping track of bug reports
  • Triage bugs
  • Fix bugs if fixable
  • Advise partner on bounty
  • Building rapport with bounty hunters, keeping in touch with them
  • Coordinate disclosure with hunters - if any
  • Report stats to rest of project - like weekly
