11-11: Restored genisoimage is correct; consider combining and cleaning apt steps to slim the image

Reinstating genisoimage here restores ISO creation support as intended. To reduce layers and shrink the final image, you could merge the update/install steps, use apt-get, and remove cached lists. For example:

-RUN apt update -q
-RUN apt install -yq --no-install-recommends genisoimage ca-certificates qemu-kvm qemu-utils iproute2 iptables wget xz-utils netcat curl jq make git
+RUN apt-get update -qq \
+ && DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends \
+      genisoimage ca-certificates qemu-kvm qemu-utils iproute2 iptables wget xz-utils netcat curl jq make git \
+ && rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*

Please fix the commit message.

Formatting issues in the commit message aren't worth the git commit --amend && git push --force and a full re-run of all the tests for a badly needed bugfix which is blocking everyone elses pipeline right now.
