This repository contains class Ads with a variety of methods that allows to download and format/filter content of ads posted on gumtree.pl. It currently supports rooms and apartments for rent as well as apartments for sale.
The notebooks contain a descriptive analysis of data gathered in Q4 2017 for all three types of ads. They also conta 55F6 in pricing models prepared for all districts with a comparison of model accuracy.
