Description:
In the routine inject_particle, when particles are deleted before injecting new particles, not all particles are updated in update_injected_particles afterwards. It is fixed now by readjusting npart_old in inject_particle
Testing:
run the model that had the bug, which is now fixed. Will make unit tests later
