#88 Will address the Logit/Slackify stuff.

:person_with_blond_hair: After integrating the Logit/Slackify stuff at #88, I will work on some of these tools as well. Which ones are you currently working on @sdhutchins?

I haven't touched mpi (so I could use some help there), but that'd be great to put under parallel if possible.

Currently, I'm retooling ftp< 8000 /code> and qsub.

MyGene needs light touching up. That's the same for send2server and zipper. I'm also writing tests for those classes.
