Description

Update mcm version. New version includes nil-value handling for VM object's config property.

Related mcm PR: deckhouse/mcm#17

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

This PR fixes #10744.

Why do we need it in the patch release (if we do)?

Checklist
