This PR adds installing functions to NeoN. This additionally allows to use NeoN as dependency in spack.

Added things:

  • makes include files in NeoN.hpp relative
  • generates a NeoN.cmake and NeoNTargets.cmake file
  • fixes a shadowing warning
  • remove currently unused dependencies
