This particular PR will be included in Packetbeat v5.6.10 which is not yet released.

A similar change was made to master (also not released). There a snapshot builds for testing.

is that means issue fix is included?

In #7339 the change was back-ported to the 6.3 branch. There will be a 6.3.1 release soon.

There are snapshot builds for testing.
