Reproduction Steps:

  1. Open Editor
  2. Click Maximize button
  3. Click Minimize button
  4. Click editor icon in tray to open window again.

Window is unresponsive to clicks and the FPS display does not update.
Dragging the window or clicking the maximize button (to un-maximize it) makes it responsive again.
