Handle final 'a' as 'A'. A single 'a' at the end of the word is never a short vowel.
Remove use of `parse_requirements` in setup.py. `parse_requirements` has been moved to pip's internal namespace, so we'd better not use it anymore.
Add some words to the dictionary.

Move version into the package directory.
