Official PHP docker images has been updated from Debian Buster to Debian Bullseye.
However, "rsnapshot" has been removed from the official Bullseye apt repository and in consequence we need to adapt our Dockerfile to make it compatible with the
php:7.3-apacheimageThis PR downloads and installs "rsnapshot" from Buster repo (v1.4.2-1).
