A very useful hexfont generator code in V810 assembly (like in the Virtual Boy or NEC PC-FX).
The hexfont charset shows the digits 00-ff as 8x8 character. You can write the actual value of a byte (e.g. into the world map on VirtualBoy) and it gets displayed in hex digitis.
The code to generate this font including the all the data is less than 256 Bytes long.
