Seeing this the most popular solution found on the web we should add this as border-gradient instead of rounded-gradient making it easier to add support for transparent backgrounds later.

This avoids add a new utility and there are signal for adding rounded border gradient support trough background-clip: border-area, but the support for this is not there yet, at the moment it is just Safari with support: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/background-clip, https://webkit.org/blog/16214/background-clip-border-area/
