Previously the CompileSuccess event would emit first before CompileSkip, so the lsp's codelens would incorrectly flag skipped components/hooks (via 'use no memo') as being optimized. --- [//]: # (BEGIN SAPLING FOOTER) Stack created with [Sapling](https://sapling-scm.com).
