$ stack buildin the root.
Run $ stack exec foogle-exe -- [args] filepath in the root.
Run $ stack exec foogle-exe -- -h or $ stack exec foogle-exe -- --help to
get a list of commands.
- The parser ignores malformed encodings (looking at you, /extras/units/imperial/)
