Currently, setting TERM in Remote's env doesn't actually pass through TERM to the remote. Instead you have to hack around it by doing something like prepending the command with env TERM=<your-term>.

This change passes through Runner's TERM env-var if given. If not given and TERM is in the local env-vars, it is used instead.
