-FluPore is a fast and easy-to-use bash pipeline for Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) influenza A sequences from any host;
-the pipeline performs demultiplexing and assembly;
-it collects and calculate basic assembly statistics;
-and generates phylogenetic trees alongside reference sequences, and classifies swine HA sequences with an option to modify and classify other sequences.
