It makes code easier to read!
I thought it was faster to do it than to make a feature request. Feel free to trash it if it doesn't fit your choices or you think the naming is not right... but I think it's a nice addition, like you have consts for activation functions in FluidMLP.

Note: for Onsets I chose to stick to SC Onsets naming as much as possible.

I've added an enum also for FluidSpectralShape and FluidBufStats, which I thought are nice when selecting channels.
FluidBufStats is the only case where I added the enum to the "Buf" class, and I did so because the RT one returns only mean and stdDev.
(removed in favor of #78)

Hey @elgiano, I think this is great for SC users. @tedmoore is the default SC expert of FluCoMa though so I'll add him for review.

Thanks @elgiano

For FluidBufStats and Fluid[Buf]SpectralShape, we have something else in the works (#78) that will allow people to choose which outputs they want. For the remainder (and the new Fluid[Buf]NoveltyFeature and Fluid[Buf]OnsetFeature classes), this is a good idea.

So, could I ask that you revert FluidBufStats and Fluid[Buf]SpectralShape? The others I think we'll be happy to merge.

Thank you @weefuzzy!
I've seen #78 now, looking forward to it!
I'm reverting this pr's last two commits now :)

* ignore more varieties of build folder

* deal with some warnings

* FluidWaveform 'lineWidth' argument now also affects feature lines

* add back the nmf-jit-classifier example

* novelty interface change in example

This way views are immediately available upon creation,
for example to be added to layouts.
Views are still correctly updated with data from within the fork,
whenever they are ready.
