- Download the ZIP file onto your desktop, and unzip it
- Open your chrome browser -> top right options icon -> more tools -> extensions
- Load unpacked extensions -> select
slinky-html - Navigate to any page

Note: To turn off the effects, you need to disable the extension and refresh the target page.
