estou enviado esse PR para resolver a Isseu #7
eu segui a orientação apresentada docker/compose#3858
de passar o nome do projeto através de -p NomeProjeto. O que alias você
já estava usando no livro. Assim vai ser criado volumes/redes/containers diferentes para cada
NomeProjeto passado.
Tentei criar o volume com dados_${ENV_APP} mas
acontece um erro porque o docker não suporta substituir valores na chave porém
em docker/compose#5567 usando name seria possível. Eu tentei essa opção porém não consegui.
