This PR updates the grafana/alerting module to commit 92adaaa0

Includes changes:

Relevant:

  • go-kit log #333
  • BuildReceiverIntegrations to use single email sender #331
  • (Add image fallback for Slack bot tokens when direct upload is unsupported) #332

Irrelevant:

  • Refactor Grafana Alertmanager #329
  • Deduplicate attached screenshots in Email, Discord and Telegram #326
  • Support merging two Alertmanager configurations #325
