When instantiating the InferenceClient, not including a provider results in the error seen in issue 510. Issue 510 is fixed in the Jupyter notebook, but not in the code that's in the .mdx course pages. This corrects that for all languages.

(Sorry for the EOF change in the zh-CN file. I did the edits directly in Github to try to avoid that since I'm on a Windows box at the moment.)
