This PR updates all references to DuckDuckGoSearchTool and replaces them with the newer WebSearchTool, introduced in version v1.15.0 of the smolagents library. This change also aligns with the update in smolagents PR #1303.

It addresses issue #539.
Once this change is reviewed and approved, I'd be happy to update the remaining course pages in follow-up PRs to complete the migration.
