I am running the script on my vcf input file but I get the following error, what could be the reason for that. Thanks for your help.
TypeError: ufunc 'true_divide' not supported for the input types, and the inputs could not be safely coerced to any supported types according to the casting rule ''safe''

I was not able to solve the issue in xpclr, so I decided to use the package rehh in R, that you can use different methods to detect signs of selection. It was really efficient.

Hi,
I was not able to solve the issue in xpclr, so I decided to use the package rehh in R, that you can use different methods to detect signs of selection. It was really efficient.
