Description
This PR creates a new endpoint for listening for workflow run events after
spawnWorkflowis called. SDKs were previously creating a new workflow listener for each child workflow, and the various SDKs started to face issues trying to run a larger number of child workflows (Typescript broke at ~50, Golang broke at 1000s).This change is compatible with old SDKs against a new engine instance, but not with new SDKs against an old engine which are calling spawnWorkflow.
