Description:

Update pyhs100 dependency.

Fixes the e-meter for newer TP-Link HS110 devices.

Breaking change: the consumption information for LBxxx bulbs are now reported in kwh to be consistent with other supported devices.

Related issue (if applicable): fixes #13925

Checklist:
