AGP updated to 8.7.0
Gradle also was updated to fix `The value for task ':commonizeNativeDistribution' property 'kotlinNativeBundleBuildService' cannot be changed any further` issue
Recently, Google changes the `SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM` to be a privileged permission (signature) and shouldn't be used. Instead, we should use `USE_EXACT_ALARM` which is not automatically granted and will require user permission.
