Description:
Druid with bear combat strat try to heal himself. I think it should be fine for pvp but in dungeon or raid, it's quite sad to see this. ^^

Current behaviour: Tell us what happens
When the Druid bear is low hp or maybe medium hp? goes out of bear form & try to heal himself instead of tanking.

Expected behaviour: Tell us what should happen instead
Should stay in bear form & try to tank... use a defensive CD maybe ? or just wait for others to heal him.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Get a druid with bear strats
  2. Get him in combat
  3. Wait until he is low hp (or medium ?) & look at him trying to heal himself

Partial fix for .gm fly command (#88)

Allow GM to use .gm fly on 1.12
Warning, there is still a buggy behaviour when jumping but can be easily stopped having a macro with .gm fly on :)
Very useful for exploring zones
