- Install Anaconda: https://www.anaconda.com/download/success
- Open the Powershell in the "./install/" directory
- Install the conda environment:
conda env create -n axotrack -f ./axotrack.yaml - Activate the conda environment:
conda activate axotrack - Install the program: Run the build script via
./build.ps1 - The resulting folder "./install/dist/AxoTrack" will contain all necessary files.
