For this solution, please copy the demo.py and download_ckp.py files to the ./Video-XL/Video-XL/ directory using:
cp demo.py ./Video-XL/Video-XL/
cp download_ckp.py ./Video-XL/Video-XL/Then, follow the instructions in ./Video-XL/Video-XL/ provided to set up the environment.
Navigate to that directory and run the following Python scripts:
cd ./Video-XL/Video-XL/
python download_ckp.py
python demo.py
