This is the Heroku cloud version of the OWLCMS application. See this page for the general documentation.
Installation: click on the button. You will be prompted to create a (free) account on the Heroku cloud if you do not have one already.
Configuration: Follow the following instructions.
Update: after the initial configuration, when a new release is announced, you can use the OWLCMS Cloud Updater program to update you cloud deployments while keeping your settings.
