Major WIP, fork of UTPugs PROCTF/CTFOriginal project with changes to just about every gun. Some similarities to PRO MODE but heading in a different direction.
Main goal will be the ability to test gun values quickly via Mod.ini if bTestMode=True. This allows faster testing without continuous recooking.
