I grew up in a world that has witnessed many technological transformations. My passion to leverage data and technology to solve real-world problems pushed me further to delve deep into ML, AI, Big Data, and Data Science during my Masters' in Computer Science at UIC.
Working on diverse projects involving data visualizations, image and speech recognition, pose estimation, recommender systems, and optimizing neural network transformers in text classification has taught me how to solve problems in a variety of sectors such as agriculture, urban planning and sustainability, fintech, food and beverages, politics, and entertainment.
I'm an avid learner and stays relevant at the forefront of technology – I've completed over 30 certifications, always enhancing my knowledge and skills, which adds a unique dimension to my perspective and approach in the tech industry.
As organizations engage in developing application layers based on AI foundational models, I imagine the future of work will be redefined, with AI replacing some job activities to increase productivity and efficiency. I also foresee a growing need for data governance and the responsible deployment of AI – the reason why I did an advanved course in Responsible AI Engineering at UIC.
I'd like to be a part of this exciting future that will emerge from this revolutionary transformation, developing applications to make a positive impact on organizations, people, and communities at large.
