1. 在用户设置页面添加相关链接，按示例添加，一行表示一个。 2. pc端，用户登录后会在左上角工具栏显示图标，触发后能展示友情链接的列表。
- 主要针对移动端进行优化，显示的话，移动段长度不够，显示不友好，增加一个开关让用户自主决定

详情页按钮不需要增开关，过于复杂了，后续会考虑把点击头像进入详情页的能力去掉，统一使用详情页按钮。如果样式有问题的话，可以在单独的 PR 中调整。 |
