Is this file actually used? Will modifications to this file have impact on the actual testing reported to CDash? |
Not yet. A copy of this is currently being used to run the nightly tests. When the PR gets merged, I will mirror Kokkos repo to our internal gitlab and point the CI to run this file. |

This is a draft PR, just to show the NERSC CI setup.
Eventually I would want to move the the type of setup that is similar to other organizations.
The important point of the PR is the configuration options used for the different builds.
