Changes proposed in this pull request

  • Fixes display of item tags in research tooltips.
  • Adds tag name translations for minecolonies tags.
  • Collapses custom tags now available from neoforge.

Testing

  • Yes I tested this before submitting it.
  • I also did a multiplayer test.
