Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • New Pagoda cookery, the Ramen House is now the restaurant proper, the Sushi Bar is now the kitchen
  • New supply camp and ship for Spacewars
  • Fix racks being deleted at the Fortress alt warehouse level 5
    • Those racks should not have been in levels 3 and 4. They have been removed. Repairing level 3 or 4 or upgrading to level 4 may cause blocks to drop
    • (On the other hand, previously they would have done so on level 5)
