Allow compilation, and general tests fixes (mostly buffer overruns) - so all tests now pass on Windows.
CMake project generation:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..

resulting .sln file can be opened and project built

Oh, and a couple of btc_ecc_(public|private)_key_tweak_mul functions were added (required by https://github.com/goatpig/BitcoinArmory).
