New features and new configuration file fields
In this release the four methods are now called seedToVoxel, roiToVoxel, seedToSeed and roiToRoi.
Group-level analyses now accommodates arbitrary design matrices.
The pipeline also supports permutation testing for each analyzes.
First stable version with tests datasets
This version includes many improvements, including bug fixes and extra documentation.
Connectomix now supports AROMA-denoising, requiring fMRIPrep results to be first processed by fmripost-aroma.
Two tests datasets have been uploaded on openeuro.org:
- ds005625 is a minimalistic example of participant-level analysis. It contains several configuration files to showcase different methods.
- ds005699 is a minimalistic example of group-level analysis, with an independent-sample t-testing of the connectivity matrices.
In the README files of these repositories, instructions to reproduce these results can be found.
